It seems I only do one of these a year, so here goes.   The best way I can describe things is "Busy".  We've been working at conventions a lot this year.  I have long since recovered from my riding injuries, and am now just focusing on building my leave back up at work.  I get out and play with the horses when I can(which isn't enough).  Aside from that, I have kept busy protesting silly government policies and getting more active with the labour union at my workplace.  I know how to have fun.

I took some photos a few weeks ago, and am just now getting around to posting them.  The camera is kind of bleh, but I think considering the images turned out alright.  Couldn't resist putting in a picture of my pet. Hopefully we'll get that new camera in the coming months, as soon as we recover from my missing so much work due to injury. I plan on getting a few good hikes in this year, and I'd love to have a camera with a good macro setting for some of our interesting native insects.

I was able to take my sling off and try to draw the past couple of nights.  Broken collar bone or no, I'm getting bored here. Anyway, most of it is in scraps with the exception of an old GW character sketch, and a Duros I drew today and tried to color with brush pens. It beats not putting anything out though.
